Surrounding Andrew Trende.
I’m Andrew Trende, a dedicated educator, real estate consultant, and lifelong learner driven by honesty, teamwork, and a little humour. My journey has taken me from the classroom to the construction site, blending the worlds of education, real estate, and leadership into a unique and rewarding career path.
With secondary teaching experience and a Bachelor of Education with a major in Mathematics, I’ve spent years helping students develop numeracy skills and financial literacy, lessons that carry through to life outside the classroom. Ever since becoming a Year-Level Coordinator, I have organized wellbeing and academic programs, honing my skills in people management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Real estate is more than a side interest; it’s in my blood. I’ve lived and breathed the process from renovating and flipping homes with my dad to managing a family investment company and self-managed super fund. I understand the strategy behind building long-term wealth, and I love sharing that knowledge with others in a way that’s practical, honest, and easy to understand.
Entrepreneurship is another passion of mine. I started a tribute video business from the ground up, constructing creative storytelling into a valuable asset. I learned leadership and scalability, as well as building something that actually resonates with other people.
Outside of work, you’ll find me playing a game of footy with Warburton, playing a social game of basketball on the hoop, or fine-tuning a home renovation. I am a proud Geelong fan and passionate cook, and I’m always open to trying something new, especially golf or taking my Border Collie for a trot around the block.
Whether working as a mentor to students, managing investments, or servicing clients, I approach every interaction with honesty, teamwork, and integrity.
If you value clear communication and a genuine approach, I’d love to connect.
